Tree faerie ornament
These little tree faerie ornaments are individually hand made from linen, wire, vintage fabrics and found items.
An original one of a kind modflowers design, each faerie has a stuffed linen body and head, embroidered features, thread hair and wire limbs. Their hats are made from real acorn cups and beechnut seed cases, collected locally by me.
Every faerie is a unique individual. Please see photographs for full details of each variant. Please choose the faerie you would like by selecting it from the list of variants.
Their clothes are made from scraps of vintage fabrics from my collection, decorated with hand sewn beads and sequins and their little shoes or boots are made from tiny scraps of waste leather.
Each faerie holds a vintage trinket or charm, collected by me throughout the year.
One bears gifts made from tiny painted wooden blocks and one blows a tiny vintage trumpet. The selection always depends on what I am able to find throughout the year!
There is a small hanging hook attached to each faerie's hat, with a vintage linen thread loop attached so that they can be hung up on display to twirl in the breeze. If you wish, you can change their pose by gently bending their wire limbs, although the wire may not stand up to repeated adjustment.
These little figures will look darling hanging from a bough of your Christmas tree, or added to a Christmas wreath. Alternatively, they can be displayed dangling from a vase of twigs or Christmas foliage on your table, bookshelf or mantelpiece.
Exact size varies from faerie to faerie, but they all measure between approximately 13 and 18 cm (5 - 7 inches) from the top of their hats to their feet.

This item is made by hand from new, vintage and reclaimed materials and is not suitable for children under 14 years of age, due to small parts and delicate construction. Please do not expose this figurine to damp or moisture.
