Returns & Exchanges
In line with UK distance selling regulations, online customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods. They then have another 14 days to return the goods for a refund.
Refunds will be made only after goods have been returned. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in mint condition. It is therefore recommended that you use a tracked service when returning goods and ensure that they are carefully packed.
Please be aware that payment fees will be charged to me even if a refund is given, so please ask any questions prior to purchasing - I am just one person making things, not a big corporation!
Personalised goods cannot be returned.
If you wish to exchange goods for any reason, please cancel your order as soon as possible (up to 14 days maximum from the order date) and return unwanted goods for a refund, as detailed above. Make a separate, new order for the goods you want instead. Again, I will still be charged payment fees if you change your mind.

Privacy
Your shipping and billing address and contact information will be used for the following purposes:
- To communicate with you about your order or enquiry
- To fulfill your order
- For legal reasons (like paying taxes)
In addition to the above, if you have subscribed to the mailing list, emails will be sent to the contact address you have provided. You may unsubscribe at any time - a link to unsubscribe is included in every email.

Delivery
Goods can only be shipped to addresses within the UK.
Once payments have cleared, orders are usually posted within 1-2 working days, or within the individual timescale agreed for a custom order.
Royal Mail's Tracked 24 postal service is used as standard. Royal Mail aims for next day delivery, but during busy periods may take longer.
Items are not classed as missing until a period of ten working days from the due delivery date has elapsed. If your item has not arrived after this time, please get in touch.

- Why is your shop empty?
All of my items are individually hand made and take time to create. They also tend to sell out quickly. I usually make a small collection of creatures and list them all together.
