Bobo, a small golden bear

Bobo is an original one of a kind modflowers design, hand made from a lovely soft vintage curly viscose fur fabric in a warm golden colour .

Bobo is quite a chunky fellow, with short, sturdy legs and a round head. He wears a slightly concerned expression, perhaps because he was originally made as an emotional support bear, to accompany me on my solo trip to Australia. He takes his responsibilities very seriously. His striped scarf is a length of jute twine.

He has tiny amber glass eyes and his nose and mouth are hand embroidered with vintage thread.

His arms, legs and head are cotter pin jointed and may be moved gently so that he can turn his head, sit or stand, though he will need to be propped against something to stand up and even then is a little unsteady on his legs. He sits perfectly though.
He is not suitable for children and will not withstand rough handling. Bobo is stuffed with reclaimed polyester filling and weighted with tiny steel pellets.

Bobo measures approximately 15 cm (6 inches) from the top of his head to the tips of his toes.

modflowers creations are playful, but please note that they are decorations, not toys and and as such are designed for display rather than play.

This item is made by hand from new, vintage and reclaimed materials and is not suitable for children under 14 years of age, due to small parts and delicate construction. Please do not expose this figurine to damp or moisture.
